We had a very, very fun day today! I am extremely exhausted right now and have no idea why I am staying up to do this post...ha! A good friend of ours had a comp'd room at one of the casinos and invited us and another friend to come swimm for the day! We headed over around 10 only to find out that the pool did not open until noon. Crazy!!! But we needed to feed the kids lunch and Sandy had comps for all the adults and the kids ate free, so needless to say we had a very yummy lunch free of charge! After lunch we headed to the pool. They have 2 pools and a rather large hot tub. The weather was absolutely beautiful(as it has been for the past couple of weeks). The pools were very cold, but leave it our kids to swim in them...along with lots of other kids! I LOVE swimming but that water was just too cold for me! I did get in the hot tub though. It wasn't hot hot...just pretty warm. The kids would play in the pool for a while then decide they were freezing and run and get in the hot tub for a while. We left there around 4:15 and came home to get dressed to go eat. We went to a place were kids eat free...lol! We were trying to be very frugal today! Anyways Maggie didn't end up going to bed until about 10:30 and needless to say she was exhausted but we had a very fun day and looking forward to many more in the weeks and months to come!
