10 YEARS....
I can't believe that it has been 10 years since the attack on our country. In some aspects, it seems just like yesterday...and other times, it seems like a while ago. I was 21 back then, and what I consider pretty niave. I would have never in a million years thought that something like this would have taken place back then. I could write a million things about 911and just ramble on and on, but what I really want to get across is the appreciation and respect that I now have for EVERY branch of the military(and their families) as well as all of the people who lost their lives in 911. Not to say that I did not respect or appreciate these people 10 years ago, but of course with age comes wisdom. I often wonder WHY...why can't people just get along and work together, but I understand that's not reality. Of course it's not just about getting along...it's much complicated. But in my little world, I just wish it wasn't. I pray that the Lord would comfort all of these families on this difficult day.
