~Maggie was recognized at a school board meeting for winning first place in the Reading Fair in our district!
~We also traveled to compete in the district reading fair. We drove up the evening before and had dinner and stayed in a hotel. She didn't place at the district reading fair, but we are so proud of her and she had a great experience!
~One Saturday, we took the kids to a fun day that our school district puts on. The kids had a lot of fun!
~We took the kids skating one weekend. They really enjoyed it since it had been a while!
Maggie made all A's on her report card :)
~Maggie ended up with a bad case of hives....she felt so bad. Thankfully, after 2 rough nights, the medicine kicked in and she was feeling a lot better!
~We are only about a month and half away from Maggie's dance recital. It seems like it gets here quicker each year! Of course she got all dolled up for pictures! These girls are so sweet!
~And last, but no least....ball started back! Maggie is on coach pitch this year, and has done wonderful so far! She is playing third base and she is taking to it pretty well. She is also hitting the ball well. It's a big adjustment for her(the kids) to go from t-ball to coach pitch!
So... that's what we have been up to over the past couple of months! We are SO close to Spring Break and we have a few fun things planned. Also, we are only about 6 weeks from summer break! I can taste it!
