PLAY BALL!

We had a fun weekend of ball!  Saturday, the  girls played the best they have ever played and we were so proud of them!  We play double elimination tournaments and we lost our first game Saturday morning.  For our second game, we were playing late afternoon.  We ended up winning our 2nd game in a nail biter...lol.  I think we shocked the other team.  In saying that, our girls are good little ball players!  They have only played together for about 3 or so weeks and are getting better with each tournament.  I think they are underestimated by some teams!  The win kept us alive in the tournament.  We ended up losing the 3rd game, but our girls did a bang up job and got so many compliments from the other teams' coaches about how well they had done!  We are only playing in 1 more tournament, and I am kind of sad that it's coming to an end.  We have practiced pretty much every single day for 4 weeks and the girls have grown to love each other.  Hopefully the girls will pull off several wins this weekend so that we can watch them play a lot of ball 1 more time!
