The main thing you wanted to do was get your nails done. I don't really like you getting acrylic nails, but make the exception once or twice a year :)
After nails, you wanted to swim, so we did just that!
Mammaw cooked you fried pork chops, homemade mac n cheese and black eyed peas. She also made a chocolate cake and we celebrated over there!
I wanted to jot down a few things about you at this age!
~your 5th grade year was the hardest school year by far, but I think that you learned a lot of lessons and your daddy and I learned a lot too :)
~your favorite foods are- meatloaf, taco nachos, meatballs, chicken casserole, chicken wings and ramen noodles...lol
~you like to watch cooking shows and some Disney shows
~you like to shop at Aeropostale, Clair's, Bath and Body Works, VS Pink, and athletic stores
~you LOVE softball and gymnastics...you will get out on the yard, on the trampoline or pull your matt out in the house and stretch and flip all over the place....but you also love to practice pitching and hitting with your daddy!
~you love to go on trips to visit your daddy when he is working out of town
~you love to be on the go, but you are also ok with lazy days here and there
~you love reading bible stories at night and your little tween devotion book
~you love to hang out and spend the night with friends, but you also love to hang out with family and spend the night at your mammaw's
~you have fantastics manners, especially around others
Overall, you are such a joy and blessing to us! We try our best to raise you the way the Lord wants us to. It's no easy task in this day an age. So much goes on that we want to protect you from, but you are starting to get to the age of lots of exposure, so we try our best to lead you in the right way as far as that goes. Of course we have hiccups, but hopefully they are lessons learned. We love you so much and pray we are showing you the right way to live life!
