A WEEKEND OF FUN
After our very eventful week, we ended up having a very busy, but fun Saturday. We kicked it off Friday night with a birthday cookout for a good friend of ours. Saturday we hit up Zonta(an arts and crafts show). Maggie's little ballet class was dancing at Zonta...but guess who refused to get up there and do the dance???? That would be Maggie! She just flat out refused and I was not about to go put her up there screaming and ruin the show for all the other parents. When we got back to the car I told her that if she wasn't going to perform the things that she learned, she wasn't going to be able to go to dance anymore. I just do not want to pay tons of money for recital costumes and her not get on stage. She assured me that she would do it next time and I am really thinking that she will be fine by the recital. After Zonta we went to Brennen's(Maggie's cousin) soccer game. Brennen loves him some sports and he would play the WHOLE game if there were not other kids that needed a turn! After Zonta, we went to Seward Farms in Lucedale. We went last year and knew it was something we were gonna have to do every year. Let me tell you...this place is a blast for the kids. They have a play area, a cow train ride, a hay ride, a cornmaze, as well as many more activities to enjoy. It's even fun for adults! We really had a great time this weekend!
