Happy Birthday, Maggie! Today you are 9 years old. WOW...that's so hard to believe. You have been such a blessing in our lives....more than we could have ever imagined. We are so privileged that God chose us to be your parents. We love watching you grow and blossom into all that God has made and is making you to be. We pray that you always keep your spunk and love for life. You are very outgoing, which is the complete opposite of me, but your daddy to a T! I struggle with this sometimes, as you tend to be more outspoken and matter of fact about things than I was as a child. Not that's it a bad thing! I just wanted to jot down a few things about you at this age....
~Your best friends are Baileigh, Laney and Catheryn.
~Favorite colors- blue and orange
~Favorite activities- swimming, softball, gymnastics, going to church, arts and crafts, playing board games, and being with your family.
~You still love to play school
~You love to dress up and wear heels and put on makeup, but you will get filthy dirty in the blink of an eye. You also still play with your dolls and sometimes, will play with barbies. I love this about you! You honestly, really don't worry too much about what others think about you. This is a great quality that you have and I pray you will continue to hold on to.
~You do not like trying new foods. Sometimes your daddy makes you try things, but you usually don't end up liking them :(
~You are your momma's child when it comes to sleep. You like to stay up late and sleep in :) This suits me just fine....during the summer!
~You are pretty well behaved and respectful. You do have your moments, but everyone does.
~You love sleeping in bed with us....and we let you...sometimes
~You prefer a bath over a shower anyway
~Your chores include...loading and unloading the dishwasher and getting all dirty laundry to the laundry room. There are other things such as cleaning your room and cleaning the playroom that you do on a need to be done basis
~Some of your favorite food are-pizza, ramen noodles, mac n cheese, ice cream drum sticks, steak, roast, and junk food :/
